Alumni Group

North Carolina Community College Leadership Alumni Group

The purpose of our alumni group is:

  • To give graduates an opportunity to stay in contact with fellow alumni.
  • Continue their professional development through several Alumni workshops.
  • Grow our own leadership for the NCCCLP.

Alumni & Friends

The North Carolina Community College Leadership Alumni Group (NCCCLAG) offers opportunities to all of our graduates, supporters, and friends.  It is a great way to stay connected with the NC Community College Leadership Program (NCCCLP), your fellow graduates and the professional development network that links one generation of alumni to another.

Since its inception in 1989, the NCCCLP has trained and developed over 1,210 leaders. Our goal is to continue the development of essential skills as our graduates seek future leadership roles within our system and beyond.

Fun Fact

The Leadership Class of 2023 was our 34th annual graduating group to come through the program. Our graduates have become community college presidents, chief academic officers, vice-presidents, deans and department chairs! More importantly, graduates have used the skills and connections gained from the program to be more successful leaders in all areas and at all levels in the North Carolina Community College System.

Throughout the year, we offer innovative programs to enrich your personal and professional experience.
