Budgeting for Student Success

This session will tie strategies for creating a budget that includes some foundational things about FTE calculations, the financial importance of student progression, success, and completion, and how to decide when a budget decision makes financial sense (return on investment). Participants will come away with a basic knowledge of what a department entails.
